# NANOMICRO: Suzhou Nazhuo and others reduced their holdings by 1.6725%

NANOMICRO announced that its shareholder Suzhou Nazhuo reduced its holdings by 2.0131 million shares through centralized bidding from June 4, 2025, to August 12, 2025, and reduced 1.385 million shares through block trading, totaling 3.3981 million shares, accounting for 0.8415% of the company's total share capital; Suzhou Nayan reduced its holdings by 2.0206 million shares through centralized bidding and reduced 1.335 million shares through block trading during the same period, totaling 3.3556 million shares, accounting for 0.8310% of the company's total share capital. The two shareholders collectively reduced their holdings by 6.7537 million shares, accounting for 1.6725% of the company's total share capital, and the reduction plan has been completed
