Peacebird announced that shareholder Chen Hongchao intends to reduce his holdings by no more than 14.1322 million shares, accounting for 3.00% of the company's total share capital, due to personal funding needs, from August 19, 2025, to November 18, 2025, through centralized bidding and block trading. Among them, the centralized bidding will not exceed 4.7107 million shares, and the block trading will not exceed 9.4215 million shares. Chen Hongchao currently holds 22.3986 million shares, accounting for 4.75%
