# BJCA: Beijing Data Group's shareholding ratio increases to 52.48%

BJCA announced that Beijing State-owned Assets Company plans to transfer all its directly held shares in BJCA and Capital Information to Beijing Data Group free of charge. After the completion of this free transfer, Beijing Data Group will directly hold 26.24% of BJCA's shares and indirectly hold 26.24% of BJCA's shares through Capital Information, totaling 52.48% of BJCA's shares, becoming the controlling shareholder of BJCA. Since this equity transfer is a free transfer of state-owned assets, the actual controller of the listed company has not changed and remains Beijing State-owned Assets Company. In addition, this transaction still requires compliance confirmation from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and the handling of relevant transfer procedures at China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited. Beijing Data Group was established on July 22, 2025, and has not yet commenced actual business operations
