# FUDAN FORWARD's subsidiary plans to increase capital by 48.87 million yuan for Lian Guang Yuan He

According to the announcement from FUDAN FORWARD (600624.SH), the company's controlling subsidiary Shanghai Fuhua Information Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Fuhua Information") plans to invest 48.87 million yuan to participate in the capital increase of Lian Guang Yuan He (Shanghai) Enterprise Development Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Lian Guang Yuan He") with a total scale of 398.87 million yuan. This capital increase will be completed by some original shareholders and new investors, and the raised funds will focus on the commercialization of short-range, medium-range, and long-range ultra-broadband ultra-high-speed communication systems. After the completion of this transaction, Fuhua Information will hold 3.0565% of the equity in the target company.

Lian Guang Yuan He focuses on research and development and manufacturing in the optical field, aiming to achieve large-scale systems with hybrid integration on three types of media: on-chip, optical fiber, and space, and to realize downstream industrial applications based on the overflow technology of each module. Fuhua Information intends to increase its capital in Lian Guang Yuan He, with the raised funds focusing on the commercialization of short-range, medium-range, and long-range ultra-broadband ultra-high-speed communication systems
