# Jinshi Technology: Plans to publicly list and transfer 100% equity of its subsidiary Hunan Jinshi

Jinshi Technology announced that in order to further optimize its asset structure, activate assets, and improve resource utilization efficiency, the company held the 16th meeting of the third board of directors on August 12, 2025, and reviewed and approved the proposal on the intended public transfer of 100% equity of its subsidiary Hunan Jinshi Technology Co., Ltd. The company agreed to transfer 100% equity of its wholly-owned subsidiary Hunan Jinshi Technology Co., Ltd. through public listing on the Beijing Property Exchange. The public transfer will be based on the assessed value, and considering the market value of the assets, the initial listing transfer price is set at 405 million yuan. The final transaction price and trading counterpart will be determined based on the results of the public listing transaction
