Dagang Holding announced that its shareholder, Yingqi Management, holding more than 5% of shares, will reduce its holdings by a total of 9.349 million shares through centralized bidding and block trading from May 28, 2025, to August 8, 2025, accounting for 2.94% of the company's total share capital. Among them, 3.0062 million shares were reduced through centralized bidding at an average price of 6.79 yuan/share, accounting for 0.94%; 6.3428 million shares were reduced through block trading at an average price of 6.24 yuan/share, accounting for 2.00%. After the reduction, Yingqi Management holds 33.3586 million shares of the company, accounting for 10.50%
