TYM announced that two specific shareholders plan to reduce their holdings. Nanjing Youzhi holds 2.017 million shares, accounting for 3.0171%, and plans to reduce no more than 1.6564 million shares, or 2.4777%, from August 18, 2025, to November 17, 2025, including no more than 656,300 shares through centralized bidding and no more than 1,000,100 shares through block trading. Nanjing Lesui holds 658,800 shares, accounting for 0.9855%, and plans to reduce no more than 658,800 shares, or 0.9855%, during the same period, including no more than 598,800 shares through centralized bidding and no more than 60,000 shares through block trading
