# MCLON: The controlling shareholder plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 3% of the company's shares

MCLON announced that its controlling shareholder, Zhejiang Wanlong MCLON Investment Co., Ltd., holds 99.28 million shares, accounting for 37.8828%. It plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 7.8621 million shares, or no more than 3% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding and block trading from September 3, 2025, to December 2, 2025. Among them, it will reduce no more than 2.6207 million shares through centralized bidding within any consecutive 90 days, accounting for 1%; and reduce no more than 5.2414 million shares through block trading, accounting for 2%, with a reduction price not lower than 4.56 yuan/share
