# JIANGNAN RED ARROW: Zhongbing Investment reduced its holdings by 9.559 million shares from July 1 to August 11

JIANGNAN RED ARROW announced that its shareholder, Zhongbing Investment, will reduce its holdings of 9,559,012 shares obtained through centralized bidding from July 1, 2025, to August 11, 2025, through centralized bidding transactions, accounting for 0.6865% of the company's total share capital. After this equity change, the shares held by Zhongbing Investment will decrease from 201,243,978 shares to 191,684,966 shares, with the proportion of the company's total share capital decreasing from 14.4514% to 13.7649%
