# Three adjustments in one day! Personnel changes at SDIC Securities Asset Management Company exposed

Recently, Guotou Securities Asset Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guozheng Asset Management") disclosed three personnel changes in a single announcement.

Zhitang noticed that within one working day, the aforementioned buying institution revealed key changes of "one appointment and two resignations."

It is reported that Guozheng Asset Management was formerly known as Anxin Securities Asset Management Co., Ltd., established on January 16, 2020, and obtained the license to operate securities and futures business in June of the same year.

Guozheng Asset Management is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Guotou Securities, which is a wholly-owned subsidiary of SDIC Capital, a listed company under the National Development Investment Corporation.

## **Who is appointed?**

According to the announcement, Guozheng Asset Management appointed Liang Dehan as the company's Chief Information Officer, with an effective date of August 11.

The announcement also shows that Liang Dehan currently serves as the Director of the Information Technology Committee of Guotou Securities Co., Ltd. and General Manager of the System Operation and Maintenance Department. He has previously held positions such as Technical Support Staff in the Technical Service Department of Jinzheng Technology Co., Ltd., Deputy Manager of the Trading Product Department, Head of the Core Trading Operation and Maintenance Group of the Information Technology Department of Guotou Securities Co., Ltd., Business Management Position of the Information Technology Center Operation and Maintenance, General Manager of the System Operation and Maintenance Department, and Deputy Director of the Information Technology Committee.

## **Who resigns?**

In addition, two executives from Guozheng Asset Management have resigned.

The first is Xu Yanbing (former Chief Information Officer), who resigned on August 11 due to work adjustments.

According to the information, Xu Yanbing has previously served as a computer staff member at Southern Securities Co., Ltd., Senior Manager of the Information Technology Department at Zhongguancun Securities Co., Ltd., Manager of the System Operation Department of the Information Technology Center (formerly the Information Technology Department) of Guotou Securities Co., Ltd., Director of Planning and Construction, Assistant General Manager, General Manager, and Director of Information Technology.

The second is Zhang Nansen (former Deputy General Manager), who also resigned on August 11 due to work adjustments.

According to the information, Zhang Nansen has served as Assistant General Manager of the Business Department at Xiangcai Securities Co., Ltd., Executive Supervisor of the Marketing Department at Yinhua Fund Management Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager of the Institutional Wealth Management Department at Zhongyou Chuangye Fund Management Co., Ltd., Director of the Institutional Service Department, Assistant General Manager, and Deputy General Manager of Guotou Ruijin Fund Management Co., Ltd., and Deputy General Manager of Guozheng Asset Management Co., Ltd
