# Bide Science and Technology: The actual controllers Wang Jianqun and Liu Ying's shareholding ratio has decreased to 41.51%

On August 12th, Bide Science and Technology announced that actual controllers Wang Jianqun, Liu Ying, and their concerted actors Wang Kai, Wang Jianping, and Li Biyu signed a "Share Transfer Agreement" with Yangzhou Dinglong Qishun Equity Investment Partnership Enterprise, intending to transfer 24.336 million shares, 29.0824 million shares, 1.5717 million shares, 771,500 shares, and 405,600 shares, totaling 56.1672 million shares, accounting for 29.90% of the company's total share capital, with a total transaction price of 897 million yuan. After this equity change, Wang Jianqun and Liu Ying will still be the actual controllers of the company, and there will be no change in the company's controlling shareholder. This equity change is subject to compliance review by the Shanghai Stock Exchange and other necessary procedures before it can be implemented
