# Jiangsu Sopo plans to raise no more than 1.5 billion yuan through a private placement

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Jiangsu Sopo (600746.SH) announced that the company plans to issue shares to specific targets, raising a total of no more than 1.5 billion yuan (including the principal). The net amount of funds raised after deducting issuance costs will be used for the integrated project of vinyl acetate and EVA (Phase I project)
