# HAONENG plans to increase its investment in its wholly-owned subsidiary Chongqing HAONENG by 100 million yuan

According to the announcement from HAONENG (603809.SH), in order to accelerate the layout and construction progress of the company's related industries such as planetary reduction gear parts for new energy vehicles, high-precision industrial planetary reducers, and high-precision reducers and joint drive assemblies for robots, and to enhance the financial strength and comprehensive competitiveness of Chongqing HAONENG, the company plans to increase its capital in Chongqing HAONENG by RMB 100 million using its own funds based on the company's future business plans and development strategies. After the completion of this capital increase, the registered capital of Chongqing HAONENG will increase from RMB 170 million to RMB 270 million, and it will still be a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company
