# Winbase plans to invest no more than 200 million yuan to establish the Hangzhou Guoke Fund

According to the announcement from Winbase (002492.SZ), the company plans to establish the Hangzhou Guoke Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership) (tentative name, subject to industrial and commercial registration) with Shanghai Guoke Longhui Private Fund Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guoke Longhui") and other partners. The scale of the Hangzhou Guoke Fund will not exceed RMB 400 million, and the company plans to invest no more than RMB 200 million from its own funds, accounting for no more than 50% of the partnership's subscribed capital contribution.

The purpose of participating in the establishment of the fund is to leverage the industrial investment experience and resource accumulation of the fund manager and other partners, broaden the company's business layout dimensions, deepen collaborative cooperation with the industries of the company's core clients, enhance the company's profitability and core competitiveness, and create sustainable value for the company and its shareholders
