# LESI GROUP issues a profit warning, expecting a year-on-year decrease in interim net profit

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, LESI GROUP (02540) announced that it expects the group's net profit for the six months ending June 30, 2025, to decrease by approximately RMB 16 million to RMB 19 million compared to the net profit of approximately RMB 28.6 million for the same period in 2024. The decrease in net profit during the review period is mainly due to: a decrease in gross profit of approximately RMB 9.8 million, primarily due to changes in the rebate policy of media partners, leading to a reduction in their rebate rates; the expansion of the sales and marketing department, resulting in increased employee benefit expenses, which in turn raised sales and marketing expenses; and increased depreciation of the company's new office at Beijing Xingdi Center, along with an increase in operational personnel leading to higher employee benefit expenses, thereby increasing general and administrative expenses
