According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Shaanxi Huada (301517.SZ) announced that the company is planning to issue shares to purchase assets and raise supporting funds for related transactions, intending to acquire 100% equity of Huajing Microelectronics through share issuance. Upon the company's application, the company's stock will be suspended from trading starting from the morning of August 13, 2025
