# ATV HOLDINGS clarifies and terminates its fabric processing business, which accounted for 40% of revenue, and continues to suspend trading

According to the announcement from ATV HOLDINGS (00707), the company clarifies that the CPL Group mainly engages in the processing, printing, and sales of finished fabrics and subcontracting services. After the sale, the group has ceased to engage in the relevant business. For the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, the CPL Group generated revenue of approximately RMB 320 million, accounting for about 40.7% of the group's total revenue.

The group will continue to engage in the fabric and garment trading business, which is one of the group's main businesses. For the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, the trading business generated revenue of RMB 19.96 million (accounting for about 25.1% of the group's total revenue) and incurred a net loss of RMB 960,000.
