# Decro: Vice President Pan Jinghong resigns for personal reasons

On August 13th, Decro announced that the company's board of directors recently received a written resignation letter from Vice President Pan Jinghong. Pan Jinghong applied to resign from the position of Vice President for personal reasons and will not hold any position in the company or its subsidiaries after resigning. Pan Jinghong's resignation will take effect from the date the company's board of directors receives the resignation letter
