# The actual controller of RXHT has changed to the Huangshan State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, RXHT (300828.SZ) announced that on August 13, 2025, the company received a notification from Huangshan Kaitou Lingdun Venture Capital Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Kaitou Lingdun"). Kaitou Lingdun has acquired a total of 40,299,800 shares held by Guo Zhan Chang, Guo Jia, and Wang Jing through a transfer agreement (accounting for 24.22% of the company's current total share capital, and 24.43% of the company's total share capital excluding the repurchased account shares of 165 million shares). This matter has received a confirmation opinion from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and has completed the relevant share transfer registration procedures with China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited, obtaining the "Securities Transfer Registration Confirmation." As a result, the company's controlling shareholder has changed to Kaitou Lingdun, and the actual controller of the company has changed to the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Huangshan City People's Government (referred to as "Huangshan State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission")
