Yueyang Forest Paper announced that the company will hold a board meeting on August 13, 2025, to review and approve an increase of 1.4 billion yuan in capital to its wholly-owned subsidiary Maoyuan Forestry through debt-to-equity conversion. After the capital increase, Maoyuan Forestry's registered capital will rise to 1.871 billion yuan. This capital increase aims to reduce Maoyuan Forestry's asset-liability ratio, improve its financial structure, enhance its risk resistance capability, promote sustainable development, and comply with state-owned asset management requirements and the company's overall strategic planning.
