# BUCHANG PHARMA: The change of drug production license for wholly-owned subsidiary

BUCHANG PHARMA announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Baoding Tianhao Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has obtained permission from the Hebei Provincial Drug Administration, agreeing to the changes in its "Drug Production License" workshop production scope and drug commissioning situation. The changes include modifications to the production scope of oral suspensions, tablets, etc., at the production address, as well as the shared use of traditional Chinese medicine extraction and granules with Shandong Buchang Shenzhou Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. The validity period is until July 7, 2030. This change is beneficial for the company to optimize its production structure, maintain stable production capacity, meet market demand, and has a positive impact on the company's future operations
