# NOVEL OPTICS: Termination of Participation in Establishing an Industrial Fund

NOVEL OPTICS announced that the company plans to jointly invest with Shanghai Huijin Equity Investment Management Co., Ltd. and other limited partners to establish the Ningbo Yonghui Venture Capital Fund Partnership. The fund aims to raise a total of RMB 300 million, with the company as a limited partner intending to contribute RMB 15 million of its own funds, accounting for 5% of the total committed capital. As of the date of this announcement, the company has paid the first installment of RMB 6 million as agreed. Due to changes in external circumstances, some investors in the fund are unable to complete the first installment as agreed, and the fund will cease operations. The RMB 6 million first installment already paid by the company will be returned to the company's bank account through the original route. This termination of the fund will not affect the company's financial status and production and operation activities
