# JZABM received a warning letter from the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, JZABM (300553.SZ) announced that on August 13, 2025, it received a warning letter from the Zhejiang Regulatory Bureau of the China Securities Regulatory Commission regarding Hangzhou JZABM Electromechanical Co., Ltd. and related personnel (Document No. \[2025\] 175).

Upon investigation, on June 30, 2025, the company received a government subsidy related to income amounting to 2.2895 million yuan, accounting for 11.99% of the audited net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the most recent fiscal year; on July 2, the company's subsidiary, Hangzhou Diting Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., received a government subsidy related to income amounting to 2.35 million yuan, accounting for 12.30% of the audited net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company for the most recent fiscal year. The company failed to fulfill its information disclosure obligations in a timely manner, and only disclosed the announcement regarding the government subsidy on July 8
