# PANGAEA CONNECT completed the issuance of 199 million placement shares

According to the announcement from Dolphin Research (01473), all conditions set forth in the placement agreement have been met, and the completion has been implemented on August 13, 2025. A total of 199 million placement shares (accounting for approximately 16.7% of the company's issued share capital after the placement shares are issued) have been successfully placed to no less than six subscribers at a placement price of HKD 0.180 per share in accordance with the terms of the placement agreement
