COFCO Technology & Industry announced that shareholders holding more than 5% of the shares, Shengliang Investment and Shengliang Yihao, Shengliang Erhao, Shengliang Sanhao, and Shengliang Sihao, reduced their holdings by a total of 11.2275 million shares from June 16 to August 11, 2025, through centralized bidding and a block trade on July 22, 2025, accounting for 2.19% of the company's total share capital, with an average transaction price range of RMB 10.77/share to RMB 11.6/share; the reduction plan was terminated early, and the combined shareholding ratio of the five parties decreased from 15.10% to 12.91%
