WANLIN LOGISTICS: Shareholders reduced their holdings by 1% within 90 days
WANLIN LOGISTICS announced that its controlling shareholder SuRui Investment, actual controller Fan Jibo, and concerted party Congqing Cheng BoRui plan to reduce their holdings through centralized bidding from September 4, 2025, to December 2, 2025, by no more than 5.992 million shares, accounting for 1.00% of the company's total share capital; if the total reduction exceeds 5.992 million shares, Fan Jibo, SuRui Investment, and concerted party BoChen Investment plan to further reduce their holdings of shares obtained through centralized bidding by no more than 5.4476 million shares, accounting for 0.91% of the company's total share capital
