Canatal announced that its controlling shareholder, Nanjing Kaide Investment Co., Ltd., holds 157 million shares, accounting for 28.91% of the company's total share capital; it plans to reduce its holdings by no more than 5.418 million shares, or no more than 1% of the company's total share capital, through centralized bidding from September 4, 2025, to December 3, 2025
