# Cellwise: Wu Yuefeng and his concerted parties plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 1% in total

Cellwise announced on the evening of August 13 that its shareholder holding more than 5%, Shanghai Wuyuefeng Integrated Circuit Equity Investment Partnership, along with its concerted actors Beijing Wuyuefeng Zhongqingzhenghe Technology Venture Capital Management Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Lingguan Enterprise Management Partnership, plan to reduce their holdings of the company's shares by no more than 861,400 shares, which is no more than 1% of the company's total share capital, within three months after 15 trading days from the date of this announcement through centralized bidding. The shares to be reduced are from the shares held before the company's initial public offering and listing, and the reason for the reduction is due to personal funding needs. The implementation of this reduction plan is uncertain
