# Delphi Laser: Plans to invest RMB 10 million of its own funds to subscribe for 1.94% of the first phase fund shares of Hunan Woyan Fund

Delphi Laser announced that Suzhou Woyan Venture Capital Partnership, in which the company is participating in the investment, plans to reduce its capital, decreasing the fund size from 1.2 billion yuan to 840 million yuan. The company has committed to invest 30 million yuan, with 21 million yuan paid in. After the capital reduction, the committed investment of 21 million yuan will remain unchanged. At the same time, the company plans to use its own funds to invest 10 million yuan to subscribe for 1.94% of the initial fund shares of Hunan Woyan Changcai Venture Capital Partnership, focusing on investing in high-quality early-stage and growth-stage enterprises in the new materials, high-end equipment, and digital technology-related industries
