# GZYJPCO plans to acquire control of Nanjing Tena Fei Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. and will suspend trading starting tomorrow

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, GZYJPCO (603058.SH) announced that the company is planning to acquire control of Nanjing Tenafly Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Tenafly") through the issuance of shares and cash payment, and will issue shares to no more than 35 specific investors to raise supporting funds. Preliminary calculations indicate that this transaction may constitute a major asset reorganization as defined by the "Administrative Measures for Major Asset Restructuring of Listed Companies"; according to relevant regulations of the "Shanghai Stock Exchange Stock Listing Rules," this transaction will not result in a change of the company's actual controller and does not constitute a restructuring listing.

The company's stock, convertible bonds, and the conversion of convertible bonds will be suspended from trading starting from August 14, 2025 (Thursday), with the suspension expected to last no more than 10 trading days. The target company focuses on the research, development, production, and sales of data storage main control chips, which can be widely used in consumer electronics, graphics and video, automotive storage, industrial-grade, and data center fields
