# Huakang Clean: The company's chairman, Tan Pingtao, has been placed under investigation and detention measures

According to the announcement from Zhitong Finance APP, Huakang Clean (301235.SZ) has recently received a notification from the family of Mr. Tan Pingtao, the company's controlling shareholder, actual controller, and chairman, informing that he has received the "Notice of Case Filing" and "Notice of Detention" issued by the Guangdong Provincial Supervisory Committee. Mr. Tan Pingtao is under investigation and has been subjected to detention measures.

The company has a sound corporate governance structure and internal control system, with clear institutional processes ensuring all operational management work. Daily operations are managed by the executive team, and other directors, supervisors, and senior management personnel are currently performing their duties normally. According to relevant laws and regulations and the company's articles of association, with the unanimous consent of more than half of the company's directors, during the period when Mr. Tan Pingtao is detained and unable to perform his duties as chairman and legal representative, Mr. Xie Xinqiang, the company's director and general manager, will temporarily perform the duties of chairman and legal representative, as well as the duties of a member of the company's board of directors' special committee
