The increase in loss is mainly due to the financial impact of acquiring the Citybus operator, including increased depreciation and amortization expenses and increased financial costs

HANS GP HLDGS (00554.HK) issued a profit warning, expecting a loss of no more than HKD 120 million for the six months ending in June, compared to a profit of HKD 21.35 million in the same period last year. The increase in losses is mainly due to the financial impact of acquiring the bus operator, which includes increased depreciation and amortization expenses as well as higher financial costs
