# Hexin Instrument's application for additional issuance related to acquisition matters has been accepted by the Shanghai Stock Exchange

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Hexin Instrument (688622.SH) announced that the company intends to acquire a total of 56.00% equity in Shanghai Liangxi Technology Co., Ltd. held by two trading parties, Wu Ming and Shanghai Yandao Enterprise Management Partnership (Limited Partnership), through the issuance of shares and cash payment, and to raise supporting funds. On August 13, 2025, the company received a notice from the Shanghai Stock Exchange regarding the acceptance of the application for the issuance of shares to purchase assets and raise supporting funds by Guangzhou Hexin Instrument Co., Ltd. The Shanghai Stock Exchange verified the application documents submitted by the company for the issuance of shares to purchase assets and raise supporting funds in accordance with relevant regulations, deemed the application documents complete and in compliance with legal form, and decided to accept and review the application in accordance with the law
