According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on August 13, JIADING INTL GP (08153) shareholders transferred their shares from Softbank China Financial Services to Bank of China (Hong Kong), with a transfer market value of HKD 1.2628 million, accounting for 6.43%.

JIADING INTL GP announced that the company will issue and allot 18.3414 million placement shares on August 8, 2025, in accordance with the placement agreement
