On August 15, 2025, Zhangjiagang GDTC Co., Ltd. announced that the equity change of the actual controller reached the 1% threshold. Due to the conversion of "GDTC Convertible Bonds" from July 29 to August 13, 2025, the total share capital increased from 263,024,510 shares to 273,954,690 shares, and the equity ratio of the actual controller decreased from 23.67% to 22.85%. Among them, Xu Weiming converted 74,050 "GDTC Convertible Bonds" on August 13, increasing his shareholding by 356,009 shares
