# CHANT GROUP: Transferred equity of two subsidiaries and has received the first transfer payment of 124 million

Guangdong Changqing Co., Ltd. announced the progress of the transfer of 100% equity of Changqing Environmental Energy Co., Ltd. and Zhongshan Changqing Environmental Thermal Energy Co., Ltd. On July 25, 2025, the company signed the "Equity Transfer Agreement" with a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zhongshan Public Utility, transferring the equity of the two companies for 494 million yuan. This transaction was approved by the shareholders' meeting on August 11. Recently, the company received the first phase of the equity transfer payment totaling 124 million yuan, of which Changqing Energy received 37.433 million yuan and Changqing Thermal Energy received 86.1277 million yuan
