The number of institutional investors participating in the bidding is 32, with a total effective subscription of 16,478,000 shares, corresponding to an effective subscription multiple of 1.98 times the transfer base price. The shares intended for transfer in this inquiry have been fully subscribed, and the preliminary determined transferees are 17 institutional investors, with a total number of shares to be transferred of 8,305,201 shares
