On August 14, 2025, the 41st meeting of the fourth board of directors of Beijing HJHS Pipe Industry Co., Ltd. reviewed and approved a proposal to temporarily use RMB 50 million of idle raised funds to supplement working capital, with a usage period not exceeding 12 months from the date of approval
