CGE: Secretary of the Board Luo Xiaofeng resigned due to reaching the statutory retirement age
On August 14th, CGE announced that the company recently received a written resignation letter from the board secretary, Luo Xiaofeng. Luo Xiaofeng applied to resign from the position of board secretary due to reaching the statutory retirement age, and after resignation, will not hold any position in the company or any company directly or indirectly held by the company. Luo Xiaofeng's written resignation letter will take effect upon delivery to the company's board of directors. The company's chairman, Liu Mingjun, will act as the board secretary until the company appoints a new board secretary
