# Gian: Completed the establishment of Jiangsu Jianyan Heat Treatment Co., Ltd

Gian announced that the company, together with Ningbo Mingyan, Xu Tianmin, Wang Yiran, Wu Junwen, Yang Jian, Zhu Weidong, Wang Licheng, and Changzhou Jingcai, has jointly established Jiangsu Jianyan Heat Treatment Co., Ltd. The registered capital of Jianyan Heat Treatment is 30 million yuan, of which Gian contributes 19.8 million yuan, accounting for 66% of the registered capital; Ningbo Mingyan contributes 1.2 million yuan, accounting for 4%; Xu Tianmin contributes 1.5 million yuan, accounting for 5%; Wang Yiran contributes 1.8 million yuan, accounting for 6%; Wu Junwen contributes 900,000 yuan, accounting for 3%; Yang Jian contributes 900,000 yuan, accounting for 3%; Zhu Weidong contributes 600,000 yuan, accounting for 2%; Wang Licheng contributes 300,000 yuan, accounting for 1%; Changzhou Jingcai contributes 3 million yuan, accounting for 10%. The "Investment Agreement" has been signed, and the content of the agreement is consistent with the main content reviewed and disclosed by the board of directors and the board of supervisors
