SHANYING INTERNATIONAL announced that the Zhiyuan Fund has completed its business registration but has not yet completed the filing with the Asset Management Association of China. The total scale of the Zhiyuan Fund is 100 million yuan, and it has signed strategic investment cooperation agreements with YunYin Technology and Proton Technology to jointly provide overall solutions and related products and services for the paper and packaging industry. The registered capital of the joint venture company that the Zhiyuan Fund intends to invest in is 5 million yuan, of which the Zhiyuan Fund will contribute 1 million yuan, holding a 20% equity stake. The contribution amount of the Zhiyuan Fund to the joint venture company is relatively small and will not have a significant impact on the company's financial status and production and operation activities
