WEIDE INFORMATION: Shareholder inquiry for the transfer of 1.61 million shares
WEIDE INFORMATION announced that its shareholder holding more than 5%, Wei Xiujun, along with its concerted parties Guangzhou Weiteng Investment Partnership, Deputy General Manager Chen Rui, and Chief Engineer Zhang Chun, participated in this inquiry transfer. The price for this inquiry transfer is 28.99 yuan per share, with a total of 1.61 million shares being transferred. After the transfer is completed, Wei Xiujun and its concerted party Weiteng Partnership will hold a total of 11.96 million shares in the company, reducing their proportion of the company's total share capital from 16.73% to 14.28%
