The price for this inquiry transfer is 28.99 yuan per share, with a total of 1.61 million shares being transferred. After the transfer is completed, Wei Xiujun and its concerted party Weiteng Partnership will hold a total of 11.96 million shares in the company, reducing their proportion of the company's total share capital from 16.73% to 14.28%
