ZEHO ECO announced that the company's actual controller, Ms. Zhang Yijun, has pledged 4.9 million shares, accounting for 12.74% of her holdings in the company and 2.31% of the company's total share capital. The pledged shares are used to provide guarantees for financing the listed company. Ms. Zhang Yijun directly holds 38.4579 million shares, accounting for 18.17% of the company's total share capital. Ms. Zhang Yijun and her concerted actors hold 130 million shares, accounting for 61.38% of the company's total share capital. After this share pledge, Ms. Zhang Yijun has cumulatively pledged 29.8 million shares, accounting for 77.49% of her holdings in the company, 22.93% of the shares held by her concerted actors, and 14.08% of the company's total share capital
