# Air China Cargo: Chairman Yan Fei resigns

Air China Cargo announced that on August 14, 2025, it received the resignation report from Chairman Yan Fei. Mr. Yan Fei resigned from the positions of Chairman, Director, and Chairman of the Safety and Strategy Committee due to job changes, effective from the date of the election of the new directors at the company's third extraordinary general meeting of shareholders in 2025. After his resignation, Mr. Yan Fei will no longer hold any position in the company, has not held any company shares, and has not made any commitments regarding the lock-up of shares held. The company's board of directors expressed gratitude for Mr. Yan Fei's contributions during his tenure. On the same day, the fourth meeting of the second board of directors elected Chen Song as the new chairman, with a term ending on the expiration date of the second board of directors' term
