# Topfly: Four shareholders plan to collectively reduce their holdings by no more than 3% of the company's shares

Topfly announced that shareholder Xianghe Yong holds 5.5632 million shares, accounting for 8.10%, Shanghai Longxin holds 1.2395 million shares, accounting for 1.80%, Nanshan Yongquan holds 1.2395 million shares, accounting for 1.80%, and Shanghai Yongyue holds 684,000 shares, accounting for 1.00%. The four shareholders plan to reduce their holdings through centralized bidding from September 8, 2025, to December 7, 2025, by a total of no more than 1% of the total share capital, and through block trading by no more than 2%, with a total reduction of no more than 2.0606 million shares, accounting for 3% of the total share capital
