# CHIPPACKING plans to raise no more than 159 million yuan through a private placement to its actual controller

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, CHIPPACKING (688216.SH) disclosed a plan to issue A-shares to specific individuals, namely Mr. Liang Dazhong, Ms. Bai Ying, and Mr. Liang Huate. Mr. Liang Dazhong and Ms. Bai Ying are the actual controllers of the company, while Mr. Liang Huate is the son of Mr. Liang Dazhong and Ms. Bai Ying. Mr. Liang Dazhong, Ms. Bai Ying, and Mr. Liang Huate are related parties of the company, and this issuance constitutes a related party transaction. The total amount of funds to be raised in this issuance is not expected to exceed 159 million yuan (including this amount), and the net amount of funds raised after deducting relevant issuance costs will be used entirely to supplement working capital
