According to the Zhitong Finance APP, Huafa Properties (600325.SH) disclosed its semi-annual report for 2025. During the reporting period, the company achieved revenue of 38.199 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 53.46%; the net profit attributable to shareholders of the listed company was 172 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 86.41%; the net profit after deducting non-recurring gains and losses was 152 million yuan, a year-on-year decrease of 87.15%; basic earnings per share were 0.06 yuan. The company plans to distribute a cash dividend of 0.20 yuan (tax included) for every 10 shares to all shareholders
