# KingShine plans to raise no more than 300 million yuan through a private placement

According to the Zhitong Finance APP, KingShine (300903.SZ) announced that the company plans to issue shares to specific targets through a simplified procedure, with a total fundraising amount not exceeding 300 million yuan. After deducting issuance costs, all funds are intended to be used for: the upgrade project of PCB production lines for high-end servers of Zhi'en Electronics and the replenishment of working capital
