Guangzhou Ruoyu Chen Technology Co., Ltd. announced that its shareholder LANCY, holding more than 5% of the shares, will reduce its holdings by 199,600 shares through centralized bidding from July 22 to August 13, 2025, and by 3,065,400 shares through block trading, totaling a reduction of 3,265,000 shares, accounting for 1.49% of the company's total share capital. After the change in equity, LANCY holds 11,999,510 shares of the company, and the proportion of total share capital has decreased to 5.49%
